Phantom Technologies LLC strives to provide our customers with the highest level of satisfaction possible. If you are not satisfied with a purchase made online from iPhantom.com and wish to return an item, please read the information below.

How to Return a Product
Receiving Credit or Payment for Return Items
Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase at iPhantom.com, you may be return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To receive a refund on your merchandise, you must first obtain a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. For instructions on how to obtain an RMA number, see the section "How to Return a Product" below. Customers are responsible for paying shipping charges on all returned items.

We reserve to right issue a partial refund or refuse a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Item is returned after 30 days of delivery.
  • Item has been tampered with or disassembled, is damaged, missing parts or labels, or is not in its original condition.
  • Item packaging is missing, tampered with, missing codes or labels, or not in its original condition.
  • Item is missing accessories including power cables, network cables, and manuals.
Special Circumstances:
  • Refunds for Subscription Cards will only be given if they have not been activated.

How to Return a Product
(1)

Obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within 30 days of order delivery. To obtain an RMA number, you must send a request to our returns department:

You will need to supply the following information:

  • Order Confirmation Number received from iPhantom.com at time of item(s) purchase.
  • Item(s) Serial Number(s).
  • The number of items being returned.
  • Whether the item(s) have been opened or removed from their original packaging.
  • Whether the item(s) are missing any parts or accessories.
  • The reason for returning the item(s).
  • Payment method used to purchase the item(s).

A response to your request should be sent within 10 business days. An RMA number is valid for up to 15 days after it has been issued. After 15 days, the RMA number becomes invalid and another request must be submitted.

(2) Include the original packaging and all of its parts and accessories including power cables, network cables, and any manuals or other documentation.
(3) Include a copy of the RMA number inside the package and also print the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
(4) Choose a shipping method that can be traced using a tracking number (such as UPS and FedEx).
(5) Purchase insurance for your package and keep a copy of the tracking number.

(7) Return the item within 15 days of receiving your RMA number.
(8) Do not send C.O.D. we will not accept it.
(9) Do not forget to print the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package and include a copy inside the package as well. Packages missing RMA numbers will be returned to the sender.

Receiving Credit or Payment for Returned Items

After the returned item(s) are received, inspected and approved, a credit will be posted to the account through which the item(s) were originally purchased. For credit card returns, the time it takes to receive the credit after it has been posted depends on the company that issued the card.
