URL Logs

The URL Log within the iBoss logs all websites that are visited recording date, time, user, URL, source IP, category and action (blocked, allowed, or stealth). These URL logs hold all of the sites whether they were allowed or blocked for all the users connected to the iBoss. The iBoss URL log can grow more than a year's worth of data depending on how much traffic is generated on your network.

Search Filters

The URL Log allows in depth detailed search filters for easy URL log searches. You can search for a specific time frame, user, group, computer by MAC or IP address, computer name, URL filter, location, category, action and site callouts. This Search Filter also allows you to put wildcards to search for specific patterns throughout the log. You may also have the log directly emailed with the search criteria you have entered or create a report schedule based on the entered criteria.
